The eldest piece of this trio is a 1900 Republican National Convention ticket. Displaying only mild corner wear and a hairline back wrinkle on back, this “Day One Guest’s Ticket” presents very well and measures 6 x 2-1/2”. This convention produced the nomination of William McKinnley with Teddy Roosevelt as Vice President.
The final two items in this trio are official Photographer armbands from the first and last Inauguration Parades for President Franklin Roosevelt.
The March 4, 1933 example measures 17 x 3-1/2” (unfolded) and has no bearer-name.
The January 20, 1941 example measures 17 x 3” (unfolded) and was issued to Ernest Sisto.
This superb trio will delight any vintage political or POTUS collector.
