Crafted by Cleveland-based Gibbs-Conner & Co. during the 1950s, this Indians porcelain conversation piece is a wall display that serves as a string holder. The “Chief Wahoo” figurine stands 6-1/2”-tall and resides beside a hollowed baseball with a tiny hole (as made) at the front and a larger opening in the back (to facilitate insertion of items). The piece is blemish and crack free and has “Cleveland Baseball Club” engraved along the base.

Note: the description has been modified as the catalog version had mistakenly described the item as a tissue holder.
