Crafted locally by Cleveland’s Gibbs-Conner & Co. during the 1950s, this Cleveland Indians razor blade depository showcases a porcelain version of the beloved “Chief Wahoo” mascot. Standing 4-3/8”-tall, the finely chiseled bust is clad in an Indians jersey and sports his customary toothy smile. At the back of the head, a red feather portrayal serves as the slot for the insertion of used razor blades. On the back of the jersey, the raised-letter instructions have worn away almost completely. The flawless surface is chip free and shows bright colors.
